Islamic Financial Center PIK 2

PT Cipta Sarana Sukses Abadi (CSSA) played a key role in developing the Islamic Financial Center at PIK2, envisioned as Indonesia’s future hub for syariah banking. This landmark project stands on a foundation of precisely executed infrastructure, built to ensure long-term strength, accessibility, and aesthetic harmony.

The scope of work by PT Cipta Sarana Sukses Abadi included rigid pavement construction, ground-level drainage and sewage systems, and comprehensive hardscape installations that complement the architectural vision of the skyscraper. Every element was executed to the highest standards of quality and durability.

A highlight of the project is the extensive use of premium andesite stone finishes across walkways, planters, and parapets—combining structural endurance with refined architectural beauty. The main lobby and pedestrian areas were designed to provide smooth visitor flow and accessibility, while concrete roads along the rear and boulevard offer resilient access for operational and service functions.

By integrating robust infrastructure with sophisticated hardscape detailing, PT Cipta Sarana Sukses Abadi (CSSA) successfully delivers a project that embodies both functionality and elegance. The natural andesite stone enhances the site’s visual appeal, while the reliable road and drainage systems ensure lasting performance.

The Islamic Financial Center at PIK2 stands as a testament to CSSA’s commitment to building high-quality infrastructure that supports resilience, accessibility, and modern design excellence across Indonesia.

Recent Project
Drainage & Sewage Systems

The Meikarta New Toll Road Infrastructure project provides a direct connection between the District 1 high-rise residential area and the KM 34 Cibatu toll road exit, creating a streamlined route that improves accessibility and traffic flow for residents and visitors.

The scope of work included road construction, integrated drainage and sewage systems, and extensive slope stabilization. To ensure long-term durability, retaining walls, minipiles, and soil reinforcement were implemented to protect both the roadway and adjacent residential areas from erosion and instability.

One of the key challenges was maintaining active traffic flow while construction was underway. A temporary gravel road was built to divert heavy-duty vehicles, requiring the team to manage both the ongoing works and the upkeep of the diversion route simultaneously. This careful coordination allowed the project to progress without major disruptions, ensuring safety and accessibility throughout.

By combining improved access with advanced slope stability measures, this project reflects a commitment to building infrastructure that balances convenience, safety, and resilience for the Meikarta community.

Bridges & Overpasses

The Meikarta–Jababeka Bridge is a strategic piece of infrastructure that connects two of Cikarang’s largest industrial and residential zones: Lippo Cikarang and Jababeka. Spanning across the busy Jakarta–Cikampek toll road, the bridge provides seamless connectivity between Meikarta and Jababeka, improving logistics, mobility, and access for both businesses and residents.

The project scope included bridge construction, roadworks, and integrated drainage and sewage systems leading up to the bridge. Execution required meticulous coordination due to the complexities of working above an active toll road. Girders were delivered and installed during nighttime hours to minimize disruption, while close collaboration with authorities and two different developers on either side of the bridge ensured safety and precision at every stage.

More than just a structure, the Meikarta–Jababeka Bridge strengthens the regional transportation network, supporting economic growth, enhancing daily commutes, and reinforcing West Java’s role as a key industrial and commercial hub.

Drainage & Sewage Systems

The Green Royal Residential Complex in West Jakarta required reliable and attractive infrastructure to support its multistory development. The scope of work included road construction, drainage, and sewage systems to serve residents and connect directly to surrounding zones.

CSSA delivered a combination of durable paved roads and patterned entryways that enhance both functionality and visual appeal. Roads were integrated with terraces, building entrances, and parking areas to ensure convenient daily access for residents. Boundary fencing and landscaped islands were also incorporated, creating a well-organized and modern residential environment.

Material logistics presented a challenge, as all deliveries had to pass through an active commercial and residential area. Despite these constraints, the project was completed to a high standard, providing long-lasting infrastructure that strengthens connectivity and complements the complex’s contemporary living spaces.

The Deltamas Industrial Zone is home to GIIC, one of Cikarang’s largest and most active industrial hubs. To support its rapid growth, CSSA has delivered multiple infrastructure projects across the estate, becoming a trusted repeat partner for the developer.

The works include rigid concrete roads, subgrade and earthwork, drainage, sewage, and clean water piping systems. Major features are wide, high-capacity industrial roads such as the 4-lane Row 50 road with a central island, and specialized commercial roads like Row 20 with integrated side paving. Designed for heavy-duty industrial vehicles, these roadways ensure efficient logistics and smooth connectivity across the zone.

Well-engineered drainage and sewage systems were installed to manage water flow and prevent flooding, while concrete finishers were used to achieve durable, high-quality road surfaces. Serving a diverse range of tenants—from warehouses and international factories to advanced data centers—the infrastructure reflects a commitment to resilient, sustainable, and future-ready development in Deltamas.

Drainage & Sewage Systems

The Adara Cluster project in Harapan Indah, Bekasi, involved developing residential infrastructure to support a growing community. The scope of work included earthworks, subgrade preparation, drainage and sewage systems, and the construction of rigid concrete roads throughout the cluster. These roads were designed to provide a smooth, durable surface that can withstand frequent residential use and changing weather conditions.

Key challenges included managing the schedule around the rainy season and ensuring a steady flow of materials to site. By maintaining strong coordination and adhering to a well-structured work breakdown system (WBS), the project team ensured smooth progress and reliable execution.

The completed infrastructure enhances accessibility within the community while adding to the overall quality and aesthetic of the residential environment. Built for resilience and longevity, the Adara Cluster roads and utilities reflect a commitment to creating safe and sustainable living spaces for residents.

Drainage & Sewage Systems

The Deltamas Main Waterworks project is a vital infrastructure initiative designed to secure and manage water supply for the industrial, commercial, and residential areas within the Deltamas estate. The scope of work includes constructing the main drainage and sewage system, installing watergates, and integrating essential accessories to ensure reliable flow toward treatment facilities and surrounding developments.

Located directly beside the active Jakarta–Cikampek toll road, the project requires meticulous planning and execution to maintain safety and minimize disruption to high-volume traffic. Time management, material handling, and precise coordination are key to ensuring steady progress and quality delivery.

By strengthening the water network in one of Cikarang’s most important industrial hubs, this project ensures that industries, businesses, and residents alike have a dependable infrastructure system that supports growth and sustainability well into the future.
