CSSA contributed to the development of MH Thamrin Boulevard in PIK 2, a major arterial road designed to accommodate the area’s industrial, commercial, and residential growth. The project involved constructing both the north and south sections of the boulevard, each serving as a critical link across the development.
The scope of work included road construction, drainage, and sewage systems, reinforced with curbs and integrated water management features to ensure long-term durability. To support different traffic needs, the boulevard was designed with separate access routes: one for residents and customers, and another for heavy-duty construction vehicles. Carefully planned U-turns and lane widths further support efficient movement across this high-traffic corridor.
This project required close coordination with other contractors who also relied on the same access routes for their works. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered smoothly, reinforcing CSSA’s reputation as a reliable partner in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
As a repeat order within the PIK 2 master development, the MH Thamrin Boulevard project highlights CSSA’s trusted role in shaping one of Indonesia’s most ambitious urban expansions, ensuring connectivity, resilience, and accessibility across its core areas.
CSSA developed the Sayana Apartment Boulevard in Harapan Indah, delivering a wide and durable roadway system that supports one of the area’s most dynamic urban corridors. The boulevard was constructed with concrete roads finished with an asphalt layer, ensuring both the structural strength of rigid pavement and the smooth driving surface of asphalt. Integrated drainage systems were also installed to guarantee long-term resilience and effective water management.
In addition to roadwork, the project included hardscape works for the adjacent park, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the surrounding environment. This integrated approach provides residents and visitors with reliable infrastructure that balances mobility with community spaces.
Strategically located, the boulevard connects an apartment complex, a university, and a hospital, making it a vital artery for residential, educational, and healthcare access. By combining robust road foundations with thoughtful public space enhancements, the Sayana Boulevard project demonstrates CSSA’s role in shaping connected and sustainable urban environments.
In the ASA Cluster of the Savasa Residential Complex in Deltamas, Cikarang, CSSA delivered essential infrastructure to support a modern and resilient community. The project scope included asphalt-paved roads designed for durability and smooth mobility, alongside a comprehensive drainage and sewage system engineered to manage rainwater effectively and reduce flood risks.
By prioritizing quality materials and careful execution, the infrastructure ensures both functionality and long-term reliability. Residents benefit from safe, accessible roads and a water management system that promotes sustainability and protects the neighborhood from seasonal challenges.
This project was carried out in parallel with the works of our sister company, PT. Graha Ciptayasha, which is responsible for the precast housing units within the Savasa complex. Together, the collaboration reflects our group’s ability to deliver integrated residential environments — from structural housing to supporting infrastructure — ensuring communities are well-built, resilient, and livable.
The Mozart Cluster in PIK Golf Island, Jakarta, showcases CSSA’s ability to deliver residential infrastructure that combines durability with thoughtful design. The project included paved roads with patterned finishes at junctions and the main entrance, creating a welcoming and organized community environment.
Beyond roadwork, the scope covered a full drainage and sewage system, along with HDPE pipework that provides clean water access to every residence. Curbs and utility integration were carefully executed to ensure functionality while maintaining a polished appearance.
Working within an active and highly regulated residential development, the project required coordination for material permits and access. Despite these constraints, the infrastructure was delivered to high standards, ensuring resilience, convenience, and aesthetic quality for the residents of Mozart Cluster.

CSSA delivered comprehensive infrastructure works for the Osaka Apartment tower in PIK 2, Banten, ensuring smooth accessibility, reliable water management, and well-planned parking facilities. The scope included concrete and paved roads, catch ponds, and a robust drainage and sewage system to effectively manage rainwater and protect the surrounding area.
To support residents and visitors, the project incorporated multiple parking solutions: a concrete-surfaced lobby area for direct access, paved outdoor parking for daily use, and an organized parking facility for additional capacity. These features were designed to balance durability with convenience, accommodating both the tower’s operational needs and the comfort of its residents.
Executed in collaboration with the apartment tower contractor, the project required careful coordination to align infrastructure delivery with ongoing building works. By integrating roads, drainage, and parking into one cohesive system, CSSA reinforced its commitment to building infrastructure that is both functional and adaptable to modern urban living.

CSSA developed two underpasses in Meikarta to significantly enhance connectivity between its residential, commercial, and industrial zones. The west underpass links low-rise and high-rise residential areas while providing direct access to the toll road above, offering residents greater convenience and mobility. The east underpass connects the residential community to nearby industrial zones, facilitating both daily commutes and commercial activity.
The scope of work included road construction leading to the underpasses, slope stabilization using minipiles and soil reinforcement, and integrated drainage systems to ensure durability. Because the area carried heavy ongoing traffic, a temporary road was constructed to divert vehicles and maintain accessibility throughout the construction process. This required careful coordination to balance progress with safety and traffic flow.
By creating these strategic transit links, the project strengthens Meikarta’s infrastructure network, improving accessibility for residents, easing movement to and from industrial areas, and ensuring seamless connections to the toll road. Together, the underpasses reflect a commitment to resilient, well-integrated urban development.
